Services > PBX and Call Center > Adding new PINs in Bulk

This functionality is particularly useful if the user wants to create 100 PINs instantly. This functionality is available only for the system Administrators.

To create PINs in bulk

1. Please contact your admin for your FTP account. This account will be used for file upload (a csv delimited text file). All records in the text file will be processed and the valid PINs will be included in the database.
