Navigation:  Services > PBX and Call Center > Recharging PIN

To make outgoing calls using your PIN, you need to have considerable balance. You can recharge a PIN by transferring money from your bank account.

 

To recharge PIN

 

1.   Ensure you are the PINs page.

 

2.   Click the Recharge amount under the Recharge column for the line item of the PIN you wish to recharge. A pop-up page is displayed.

 

   

 

3.   Enter a value in the Credit field.

 

Note:   Credit available in the Bank account is indicated beside the user name.

 

4.   Click Submit.
